THE RESTAURANT, OUR RESERVATIONS AND MENUS

  • The restaurant does not have parking
  • The use of a mask inside the restaurant is mandatory
  • Dogs or any other pets are not accepted
  • The restaurant allows children to enter as long as their supervisors guarantee good behavior in order to guarantee comfort to other guests. The restaurant does not offer highchairs. If you come with a stroller, you should indicate it at the time of booking in order to have a good location
  • In the case of diet restrictions, whether allergies or intolerances, will only be taken into account if they have been noted at the time of booking (restrictions and number of people who have them), please take in mind that the restaurant has a single kitchen with the corresponding precautions
  • At tables over 5 people must choose the menu at the time of booking
  • The menus will be served at full tables
  • If you need a taxi in the end of the visit, you must inform us at the time of booking or on arrival at the restaurant.
  • If you have a gift voucher, it is essential to write down the reference number when making the reservation
  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This email must be saved until the date of your booking
  • Those reservations that do not include credit card details will not be processed by the system
  • The restaurant opens the doors at 12.55pm and 7.55pm
  • The service ends at 5.30 pm and at 00.30 am

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Your reservation will be effective up to 15 min. after the booked time
  • The time of the reservation, is the time of entry of the restaurant, in case you want to have a aperitif outside or inside, your arrival should be before the time reserved.
  • Please in case of not being able to come, cancel the reservation with at least 24 hours in advance using the cancellation link provided by the system in your confirmation or reminder email. You can also email us at restaurant@bo-tic.com. After canceling the reservation you will receive a cancellation email (please contact the restaurant if you have not received it before the date of your reservation)
  • We would like you to keep the cancellation email until the date of your booking and make sure that no credit card charges have been made.
  • In the case of non-cancellation with the scheduled time, the system will charge € 60 per person on the credit card provided.
